  • DHL delivers within 6 business days in Germany, and international orders typically arrive within the same timeframe. Once handed to the courier, delivery times are managed by them, and we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the courier. For any issues, please contact the courier with your tracking details, or reach out to us for assistance.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery via the DHL or relevant courier's website.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight, and shown before purchase confirmation.

5. Cancelling Your Order

  • To cancel, email support@flexorbag.de with your order number. Cancellations are only possible before shipping, within 4 business days.

6. International Shipping

  • We ship to Germany and other international destinations. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer's responsibility. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs.

7. Shipping Insurance (Optional)

  • We offer insured shipping as an optional service for an additional fee. This service provides added protection for your order while in transit.

What is Covered:

  • Damage: If your package is damaged during delivery, the insured shipping option will cover the full value of your order.

How to Purchase Insurance:

Non-refundable Insured Shipping:
Please note that the cost of insured shipping is non-refundable, even if you return the item. The insured shipping fee is for the protection of your order during transit and is not related to the return process.
