Cancellations:
- Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of order. To cancel, contact us at support@flexorbag.de or through our Contact page. After 3 days, cancellations are not allowed.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@flexorbag.de. After 14 days, returns are not accepted.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in unused condition. If the item has been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.
Returns must be made to our UK address listed in the imprint.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. -
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@flexorbag.de for a refund or replacement.

Uncollected Packages:
- Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment's status using the tracking information provided via email. The tracking details will indicate the delivery status and, if applicable, the collection location and timeframe.
- Failure to collect the package within the carrier’s stated time frame will result in the package being returned to us. In such cases:
- No refunds will be issued, as the seller has fulfilled their contractual obligation to deliver the goods to the specified address or collection location.
- Redelivery is not offered for uncollected packages.
